Delete your account

The quickest, most secure way to request permanent deletion is inside Pickupz.

What happens next

Pickupz Support records and verifies the request, checks for active services, open payments, refunds, disputes, or safety holds, and confirms when deletion is complete. We delete or de-identify account information that is not required for legal, tax, accounting, safety, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes. Required retained records are isolated and no longer used for ordinary marketplace activity.

Can’t access the app?

Email legal@graffitilabs.io from the address associated with the account. Do not send identity documents by ordinary email. We will provide a secure verification step if needed.

Sign in with Apple

Deletion of the Pickupz account is separate from managing apps using your Apple ID. Pickupz will revoke applicable sign-in credentials when processing the request, subject to platform support and legal requirements.
